Service contracts
Whichever level of service is required we are confident that we can provide it. We carry out all levels from monthly inspections to annual strip down on everything from a singular fan or a complete system.

Emergency call outs
Our 7 days a week service means that we are always available to respond to those unforeseen situations when immediate action is required.

On site repairs
Welded repairs, bearings replacement, impeller re-fits, cosmetic or mechanical overhauls are just some of the many services we offer on-site.

Multi-skilled engineers
Unlike many other companies in our field, our engineers not only diagnose a problem, they fix it. Whether your problem is down to imbalance, misalignment, worn bearings or maybe just a simple belt change, we can provide you with the solution.

Components, parts & ancillaries
We aim to keep your system operational and efficient for as long as possible with the minimum of disruption. Bearings, drive belts, electric motors, seals and lubricants are just some of the thousands of items supplied to our worldwide customers every year.

Replacement fans

LEV Services

Our engineers are specialists in Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) examination, testing, maintenance and repair, along with being trained to BOHS P601 standard. We offer all services you need to ensure full compliance with COSHH regulations.

Fan Services

Our multi-skilled engineers will work to solve any problems as well as return for annual inspections or monthly check-ups and maintenance.

We offer both on-site repairs and in-house maintenance to ensure minimum disruption to your working environment as well as to offer you the exact service you require.

In order to ensure the best possible performance from your fan and to save costly repairs with complete fan failure, we also offer Condition Monitoring. This enables us to identify any problems and act on them immediately, saving you costs and valuable time.

Air Quality Testing

Every employer who provides extraction equipment to control substances hazardous to health has a legal requirement to examine and test this equipment in order to comply with Regulation 9 of the COSHH Regulations.

The employer must ensure that LEV equipment is maintained in an efficient state, in efficient working order and in good repair.

It is also the duty of the employer to keep a suitable record of the examination for a period of at least 5 years. This record should also include details of repairs carried out as a result of the examination and test.
